How to organise PDF pages
- Select a PDF, or drop it onto the box above. Every page appears as a thumbnail.
- Drag pages to a new spot, or move them with the arrow buttons. Use the buttons under a page to rotate it, delete it or add a blank page after it.
- To bring in pages from another PDF, choose Add PDF. Its pages are added at the end, ready to move.
- Choose Save PDF and download the new file.
Your pages stay on your device
The previews you drag around are drawn by your browser, and the new file is written there too, on your own computer or phone. Reordering the pages of a quote or taking one out of a medical report never sends them to Oppermind, and closing the tab clears them from the page. Analytics on this page run only if you allow them, as our privacy policy explains.
Questions
Is organising PDF pages here free?
Yes. There’s no account, no card and no watermark on the file you download.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Your browser reads the PDFs and builds the new file on your own device. Oppermind’s servers never receive them.
Can I mix pages from different PDFs?
Yes. Add more PDFs and their pages join the end of the grid. Move them wherever you want and they come out as one file.
What size is a blank page?
The same size and orientation as the page it follows, so a blank page after an A4 landscape page is A4 landscape.
What doesn’t carry over?
Pages keep their text, images and comments. Bookmarks are dropped, links that jump to another page in the document may stop working, and form fields may stop being fillable. Password-protected PDFs can’t be opened here.
