AI for creative agencies and media teams

Pick the client's brand kit before you ask for anything, and the posts and decks the AI makes start from the client's colours and voice.

Updated 30 Sept 2026

In short

Brand kits shape what the AI makes on desktop, from Instagram posts to pitch decks, and the Design editor exports print PDFs with bleed and crop marks. The content calendar plans a month of posts and exports a CSV for your scheduler. Voice, Music and Video cover the voice-over, the backing track and the cut. A person still checks every claim in client copy before it runs.

A client's colours, type, tone of voice and the phrases they have already refused can all sit in a brand kit, and once a kit is attached to the chat, the designs and decks the AI makes on desktop work from it.

From there the work moves into editors. A post opens in the Design editor, a month of content in the content calendar, a creds deck in Slides and a voice-over in Voice. Keep asking chat for changes while a file is open, and make the fine adjustments by hand.

What creative agencies use Oppermind for today

01

Make a client post in the brand kit

In the composer, open "+" > "Brands" and pick the client's kit, then ask for the post, for example "Design an Instagram post for the spring range launch". Refine it in chat with requests like "Change the background to navy", or select one object and use "Edit with AI". Double-click a text box to retype its words in place.

Set sizes with Properties > "Sizes", and export from More as "Instagram 1:1", "Facebook OG", "Reels 9:16" or "PNG @2x". Press Esc to clear the selection and set zoom to 100% before you export a PNG, because its resolution follows the zoom, and check the framing on the presets, which crop to fill.

02

Prepare a print flyer with bleed and crop marks

Start from "Library" > Templates > Marketing in the Design editor. For a full A4 page, right-click the canvas, choose "Resize canvas" and enter 794 by 1123. Then open More > "PDF" and pick "Flattened Device CMYK PDF (300 DPI)", or "PDF/X-4 with printer ICC" with the profile your printer supplies, and set "Bleed, mm" and "Crop marks".

The flattened PDF embeds the web fonts the design uses. If a font cannot be fetched, a message says a stand-in font was used, so open the file and check the type before it goes to the printer. Anything meant to run off the edge has to overhang the page to reach the bleed.

03

Plan a month of content

Ask chat for "a 30-day content calendar for Harbour Coffee on Instagram and LinkedIn, 4 posts a week". Open a post and use "Generate image (this post)" or "Find images", then download the plan with "Export CSV" for your scheduling tool.

Switch to "List" view when you need exact dates. Ask for changes with the plan open. When Oppermind treats a request as a change, the reply names a new version, which is saved as its own entry and which Undo steps back over. Read it through for anything it changed that you didn't ask for. "Find images" returns web search results, so licensing any image you use is still the agency's job.

04

Build a pitch or creds deck on brand

With the brand kit attached, ask for the deck. The slides pick up the kit's palette, and a kit with a logo can put it on the title and section slides. Adjust with "Change theme", "Color palette" and the "Master slide" footer, add a chart with "Insert chart" and change its data with "Edit chart", then "Present" or "Export PPTX".

Share the deck with the account lead as "Can edit" and you can both work on it at once, one slide each. Sharing depends on your plan. Open the PPTX before it goes to the client, because the other computer may swap fonts it does not have.

05

Record a voice-over with direction

In the Voice editor, use "Add line" for each sentence. Every line has its own "Voice", "Speed" and "Instructions", for example "warm, unhurried", plus a pause in milliseconds. "Generate all" voices the lines and "Play all" plays the full read. Export from "Export / Download" as "WAV · audio", with sample rate, precision and "Normalize peak" settings, or as "MP3 · audio".

Speed reaches the voice as a spoken direction, so results are approximate. A line you change after it was voiced turns amber, and asking chat to "regenerate everything" voices those lines again.

06

Cut a short film with a voice-over and a backing track

Ask chat to "Make a video of" the scenes you want, and the clips land on the Video editor's timeline. Trim and reorder them there, then add a Fade or Dissolve at each join with More > "Add transition". Undo takes a transition back out. In the Voice editor, "Send to Video" places every ready line end to end on the film's audio track.

For music, ask chat to "Make music that" suits the film, export it from the Music editor as "WAV · audio", and add the file with Audio > "Add audio track". "Export MP4" > "One stitched MP4" then "Render film" produces the finished cut. Oppermind decides how each generated clip looks, so watch every one before the client does.

07

Run a marketing pod

In Agents mode, import "Content calendar planning", "Brand writing and editing", "Presentation building" and "Website and competitor monitoring" from Marketplace > Agent templates. Give the monitor the client's public pages and a weekly schedule. Use the editing agent as the last pass on copy, since its instructions tell it to cut unsupported superlatives and list the factual questions it could not settle.

What stays with the agency and the client

Claims in an ad still need evidence behind them, whoever drafted the words. Read AI copy as a first draft, check each claim against what the client can prove, and get sign-off before anything runs.

The Acceptable Use Policy restricts synthetic media of real, identifiable people made without their consent, so read it before any job that uses a real person's face or voice. Images from "Find images" belong to their owners. For client files and connected accounts, read the Privacy Policy, section 5.1a in particular, and check your client agreement on what you may upload.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does the content calendar publish posts for us?

No. The content calendar exports a CSV that you load into the scheduling tool you already use, so publishing stays in your hands.

Do brand kits work on the phone?

Brand kits shape designs and decks made from desktop chat. Designs made from chat on the phone don't use brand kits, so apply the client's colours and fonts yourself there.

Which social sizes can the Design editor export?

PNG at 2x, plus presets at 1080 × 1080, 1200 × 630 and 1080 × 1920. The presets crop to fill, so check the framing before you send.

Can we mix recorded and AI voices in one file?

Yes. Record lines from your microphone in the Voice editor, set the gain on each line, and export a single WAV or MP3 that holds recorded and AI lines together.
