Use Oppermind across desktop, mobile, Chrome, and Office

Web desktop

Use the full browser workspace for multi-step work, several open editors, files, workers, and coordinated deliverables.

In the browser workspace, open the tender document and the pricing sheet side by side, check the editing chip names the tender, then type: Using the pricing sheet on the right, update section 4 with the three package prices and keep the wording formal.

Installed desktop experience

Use desktop-capable workflows when work needs local project context or the installed Desktop co-pilot path.

On a Windows PC with Desktop co-pilot installed and paired, click the mode chip, choose Desktop co-pilot and type: Open our accounting app, export the August aged receivables report to the Desktop folder as CSV, and tell me when it is there.

Web mobile

Use the responsive web experience for conversations, attachments, modes, and lightweight artifact work from a mobile browser.

In your phone's browser, open Oppermind, tap the paperclip and attach a photo of the whiteboard from the client workshop, then type: Turn this into a plain list of decisions and open questions I can paste into the project channel.

iOS

Continue mobile conversations, add context, choose modes, attach services, and create or review artifacts in the iOS experience.

In Mail on your iPhone, switch to the Oppermind keyboard. Select the customer's long complaint and tap Summarise, then start your reply and tap Reply to draft it; tap Fix on your own last sentence. Open the Oppermind app itself when the job needs a mode, a connector or a file.

Android

Use the Android experience for mobile chat, context attachments, Skills, Brand Kits, Connectors, and artifact work.

In the Android app, tap +, open the Brands tab and pick your kit, attach the product photo from your gallery, then type: Write the Instagram caption and three hashtags for this new sourdough loaf, in our voice, under 40 words.

Chrome extension

Use page context, browser controls and prior conversation results; steer a running Drive this tab task or queue a follow-up.

Open Oppermind for Chrome in the side panel and choose the control mode that fits the task. Cloud chat answers in the panel; use + > Include this page when the answer needs page content. Drive this tab lets Lato inspect the task tab and use browser clicks, scrolling, keyboard input and text insertion on supported pages. Full desktop control uses a separately connected Windows Desktop Agent. Keep research and follow-ups in the same conversation so earlier findings remain available. While Drive this tab is running, Enter or Send delivers a new instruction to that task. Lato decides whether it changes the current work, queues a next step, answers a question or needs clarification. Use the separate Stop browser task button to stop.

Practice. In Drive this tab, ask for a comparison of three options. While it works, send one additional requirement. Then send: When you finish, write a report using those results. Read the feed acknowledgement to check whether the change was applied now or queued, and review the destination before treating it as saved.

Find three highly rated restaurants around Perth. Then, in the same conversation: Use those three results to write a report in my editable Google Doc explaining why each is recommended. If the research is still running, say: When you finish, write the report.

Word, Excel, and PowerPoint add-ins

Ask Oppermind to help inside the Office file you are already editing.

In Word, click Home, then the Oppermind button to open the task pane. Select the two-paragraph executive summary of the grant application and type in the pane: Tighten this to 150 words for a non-specialist funding panel and keep every figure.
