Workflows and apps

Apps, Chrome extension, and Office add-ins

Use Oppermind on web, desktop, mobile, Chrome, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Web desktop

Use the full browser workspace for multi-step work, multiple outputs, AI workers, files, several open panes, and native editing surfaces. This is the clearest starting point for complex workspace work.

The Oppermind desktop web workspace.
The web desktop: sidebar, conversation and editors in one window.
Try this
In the browser workspace, attach tender.pdf and type: Produce a compliance matrix as a sheet, a two-page response summary as a document, and a cover deck. Keep all three open.
What you getThe three editors open in the right-hand pane with the chat alongside, so you can revise each file in turn without leaving the workspace.

Installed desktop experience

Use installed desktop capabilities when the workflow needs local project context or native desktop automation. Desktop co-pilot appears as a mode when that path is installed and available.

The installed desktop experience pairs a PC with your account through the Desktop co-pilot panel.
Try this
With the Desktop Agent installed and paired (separate Windows install), click the mode chip that reads Auto, choose Desktop co-pilot, and type: Open our accounting desktop app, go to Reports, and export the August aged debtors report to my desktop.
What you getThe Desktop co-pilot panel opens on the right with the connection state and a live screen view as Lato clicks through the app; the mode is only offered once the agent is installed.

Web mobile

Use the responsive mobile web experience for conversations, attachments, chat modes, and lighter artifact work without installing an app.

Mobile web: the same + picker with Files, Skills, Brands, Connectors and Apps.
Try this
Open Oppermind in your phone's browser, attach a photo of the whiteboard from today's stand-up, and type: Turn this into a task list grouped by owner.
What you getThe list comes back in chat with owners as headings; you copy it now and open the same conversation on your desktop later for anything heavier.

iOS

Continue conversations, attach phone context, choose chat modes, use Connectors, create or attach Skills, select Brand Kits, and review or create artifacts from iOS.

The iOS keyboard's action bar: Fix, Rewrite, Shorter and Tone work on the text in any app.
Try this
In the iOS app, tap +, open Connectors and choose your connected email, then type: Find the latest message from the venue about Friday's event and summarise what they still need from us.
What you getThe connector chip shows above the composer and the summary appears in chat; the same account, skills and brand kits are available as on the desktop.

Android

Use the Android experience for mobile conversations, modes, files, Skills, Brand Kits, Connectors, and supported artifact work. Choose the full web or desktop workspace when several panes or detailed native editing are central to the task.

Android: Send to Oppermind from any share sheet, Rewrite with Oppermind from selected text.
Try this
On Android, attach a photo of the new shopfront sign, tap + and pick your kit from the Brands tab, then type: Draft an Instagram caption for our store opening in our brand voice.
What you getThe brand kit chip appears and the caption comes back in chat; for the matching poster you move to the desktop workspace, where the Design editor has room to work.

Chrome extension

Bring the visible browser page into a focused Oppermind task when browsing context matters.

The Chrome side panel with the current page attached from the + menu.
Try this
On a competitor's pricing page, open the Oppermind side panel, tap + and choose Include current page, then type: List every plan feature they include that our pricing page does not mention.
What you getThe page's content travels with your message and the comparison appears in the side panel, without copying anything or leaving the tab.

Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Use the Office add-ins when you want Oppermind to help inside the live document, workbook, or presentation you already have open.

The Word task pane.
Try this
In Excel, select the range holding this quarter's sales by region, click Home then Oppermind, and type in the task pane: Add a column showing each region's share of the total as a percentage to one decimal place.
What you getThe new column is written into the open workbook beside your selection, while the explanation of what changed stays in the pane.
