See the files from this chat
Doc Manager gathers the current conversation’s generated files and artifacts so you do not have to locate them by scrolling through messages.

Try this
✦After a long chat that produced a proposal, two charts and a budget sheet, click Doc Manager in the sidebar instead of scrolling back through the messages.
What you getA Doc Manager pane opens listing every file this conversation generated, so you pick the budget sheet without hunting through the history.
Browse by group
Files are grouped into documents, visuals, data, and other files. Groups can be collapsed when a conversation has many outputs.

Try this
✦In Doc Manager, collapse the visuals group so the twelve product renders fold out of the way, then open the data group.
What you getThe renders collapse into a single heading and the data group shows the price-list sheet and the stock-count export on their own.
Reopen in the native editor
Supported documents, spreadsheets, presentations, designs, code, email, PDF, image, video, and specialist artifacts can reopen in their matching Oppermind pane.

Try this
✦Click the incident-report.pdf entry in Doc Manager's documents group.
What you getThe PDF opens in the PDF editor in the right-hand pane, ready for annotation or redaction, rather than arriving as a plain download.
Download or use the full manager
Download individual files when needed. Open the full manager for work that extends beyond the current conversation.

Try this
✦Use the download control beside course-outline.docx to save it for the learning platform, then click Open full Doc Manager to find last month's syllabus from a different chat.
What you getThe .docx downloads to your computer, and the full manager opens with files from beyond this conversation so you can reach the older syllabus.
